How the Mappa’s new Chainsaw Man trailer shook the entire community.

 So, the last week was MAPPA studio’s 10th anniversary, at the event, they also announced the trailer for the Chainsaw Man. And it blew up the whole community as the new Mappa’s goat anime of this year.  Surprisingly it did and everyone began to talk about the chainsaw man anime series.

What is “Chainsaw Man”

Chainsaw Man is a Weekly Shounen Jump manga series written by Tatsuki Fujimoto. The most interesting part is that despite this manga’s gory art style, usually, the sales will rise after getting an anime adaptation, but they have sold 11 million copies before having an anime adaptation. So, it is safe to say that this anime has diehard fans and hype before it was announced. 

Story 

For you who don’t know the story, it follows our main character Denji trying to pay back his dad’s debts to yakuza by hunting demons. And he becomes the chainsaw man because he combined with his demon hunting partner Pochita becoming a human-devil hybrid. Without spoiling the fun that is the beginning.

 And it also gives out a lot of vibes of jujutsu kaisen. 

What was the hype

Just seeing how the manga sold even without this trailer is amazing. Not only that people were willing to stay for 5 hours just to see the trailer. 

In fact, many people who didn’t even read the manga were hyped and waited for the trailer to come out to even watch despite it being in Japanese.

We know that Mappa has a history of creating the most hyped anime for the last few years. For example Attack on Titan and jujutsu, kaisen was animated by Mappa and they became big for having breath-taking animations. So, as always this time with the Chainsaw Man this anime can become one of the most hyped anime that come out. Not only that, after the trailer Chainsaw Man was everywhere like in Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook talking about the anime and cosplayers cosplaying the characters in the series. At first glance it was a bit overhyped but, it defiantly deserves it
